At Lilamar, we understand that circumstances may change after placing an order. This Order Cancellation Policy explains how cancellations are handled.


Order Cancellation Timeframe

Orders may be canceled within 30 minutes of placing the order.

Cancellation requests submitted after 30 minutes may not be guaranteed because orders may already enter processing.


Order Processing & Cancellation Limitations

Once an order has entered:

  • Processing
  • Packaging
  • Shipping preparation

the order may no longer be eligible for cancellation.

Because fashion orders are processed quickly to ensure timely delivery, cancellation approval depends on the order status at the time of the request.


Shipped Orders

Orders that have already been shipped or handed over to the shipping carrier cannot be canceled.

If eligible, customers may request a return after delivery according to our Return & Refund Policy.


Refunds for Canceled Orders

If your cancellation request is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
  • Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear
  • Processing or transaction fees may be non-refundable in certain situations

Orders Not Yet Received

If your order has not yet arrived and you wish to cancel:

  • Orders that have not entered processing may be canceled
  • Orders already processed or shipped cannot be canceled

Incorrect Shipping Address

  • Once an order has shipped, address changes may no longer be available
