Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date.

To qualify for a return:

  • Products must be returned in original condition with tags attached

Returns requested after 7 days of delivery may not be accepted.

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Used or damaged items caused by customer handling

Return Process

Damaged or Incorrect Items

To report an issue:

Claims submitted after 48 hours may not qualify for a refund or replacement.


Refund Processing

After receiving and inspecting the returned item, approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.

Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
